Senior Software Developer .NET (M/F/D)

For the further development of our business-critical software products in the industrial environment, we are looking for you as an experienced Senior Software Developer (.NET). You take on technical responsibility, shape architecture decisions and sustainably advance our product platform. You not only work on features, but actively shape the architecture, quality and technological direction of our software solutions. Your focus is on product development rather than project business with significant scope for action in architecture and technology selection, technical responsibility without disciplinary personnel management, and collaboration in an experienced, interdisciplinary development team.

• Design, design and further development of modern software products based on .NET / C#
• Analysis of technical requirements as well as creation of technical specifications and architecture concepts
• Responsibility for architecture decisions and sustainable further development of our product platform
• Development of scalable backend services and modern web applications (e.g. Angular) in distributed system landscapes
• Implementation and optimization of high-performance solutions including algorithms, data structures and database-based applications (SQL, Oracle or similar)
• Ensuring high software quality through code reviews, tests and established best practices
• Technical guidance, mentoring and coaching of junior developers in the team
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, UX, DevOps and specialist departments
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as active participation in development processes, technologies and standards

• Several years of professional experience in software development with .NET / C#, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
• Technical knowledge in the field of semiconductor substrate mapping is advantageous
• Solid experience in developing complex software solutions or products
• Excellent knowledge of modern software architectures (e.g. layered architecture, microservices, REST APIs)
• Experience with web technologies and frontend frameworks like Angular
• Confident handling of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience with clean code, design patterns and automated tests
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD and modern development processes
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions in a structured manner
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
