Functional Consultant for Capital Solution (M/F)

YOUR MISSION

As part of our digital transformation and engineering process optimization projects, we are looking for a Functional Consultant for Capital Solution.

You will work on the definition, deployment, and evolution of the Capital solution, designed to cover business processes related to the design and manufacturing of electrical, electronic systems, and cable harnesses.

As an interface between business and technical teams, you will play a key role in analyzing requirements, integrating the solution into the existing information system, and supporting users.

This position requires a defense security clearance and is available as soon as possible or according to your notice period.

YOUR ROLE

• Take charge of defining and deploying the Capital solution in response to the client's business processes
• Analyze and understand business and functional requirements (design, production, industrialization, etc.)
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Ensure proper integration of Capital with other tools in the information system (PLM, ALM, ERP, simulation tools…)
• Identify functional gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities, and propose appropriate corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams (electrical engineers, system architects, IT teams)
• Monitor and coordinate developments carried out by the team responsible for technical implementation
• Write validation deliverables: test plans, reports, and optimization recommendations
• Contribute to deployment strategy and support users in change management

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience with electrical and/or electronic engineering solutions and comfort in complex industrial environments
• Mastery of at least one E/E solution, ideally the Siemens Capital solution
• Ability to formalize and synthesize functional requirements
• Strong system integration skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent French and professional English required (minimum B2 level)
