Consultant OT Security - Industrial Production (all genders)

YOUR ROLE

• Industrial cyber security projects: You will design and implement tailor-made OT security solutions for our manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, process industry or defense customers with interdisciplinary teams.
• Threat and risk analyses: You will identify potential vulnerabilities in production networks and automation systems and develop appropriate protective measures.
• Asset Management & Security Monitoring: You will implement systems to manage OT assets and detect incidents in industrial control systems and production facilities.
• Network zones: You will design and implement secure network architectures with clearly defined security zones in IT and operational technology areas.
• Incident Response: You will develop strategies and procedures for responding to security incidents in industrial environments and actively help our customers to respond to and defend against security incidents.
• Independent work: Our flat hierarchies quickly give you the freedom to shape things yourself and take responsibility for the OT security strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional competence: You have proven knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and software architecture or comparable qualifications.

• OT/IT understanding: With your in-depth knowledge of industrial control systems and production environments, you will understand the specific security requirements as well as the specifics of the convergence of enterprise IT and production networks.

• Industrial protocols: You are familiar with the security risks of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet and OPC UA and take into account appropriate security measures at protocol and network level.

• Security standards: You are familiar with relevant standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 as well as regulations such as KRITIS, NIS2 Directive or Cyber Resilience Act and include them in your work.

• Work experience: With at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, you have the necessary practice for this role.

• AI expertise: You use AI tools confidently in your area of expertise, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in exploiting the potential of AI.

• Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
