Teamcenter – Data Migration Expert (m/f/d)

- With high commitment and technical expertise, you develop and implement sophisticated data migration strategies for Teamcenter PLM software
- You thoroughly analyze existing data environments and identify necessary system changes and data model adjustments
- To ensure data integrity, you always pay attention to transparent documentation of defined data transformation rules
- With a pronounced quality standard, you take on the implementation of data migration activities (including extraction, transformation, loading)
- To improve efficiency, you also use migration tools and scripts to automate data migration tasks
- As part of migration projects, you regularly perform data validations to ensure the correctness and completeness of migration data
- In doing so, you carefully ensure consistent functionality of complex PLM system landscapes while considering various software interfaces (e.g., CAD, ERP, MES, ALM)
- With your trained eye, you identify technical problems early and develop solutions to ensure smooth system operation
- Through regular updates and reports, you keep all stakeholders informed and create high transparency
- Together with an agile, multifunctional development team, you ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
- You skillfully empathize with our customers and thus create trustworthy and forward-looking collaboration
- Through your technical enthusiasm, you also enjoy regularly familiarizing yourself with new methods and technologies
- A degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the PLM field
- Sound knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (capabilities, architecture, modules, etc.)
- Experience in migrating Teamcenter PLM software
- Analytical, independent and communicative personality
- Fluent German and English language skills
Optional experience we would especially love to see:
- Experience with cloud migrations (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with database migrations (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle)
- Experience in migrating other PLM software (e.g., 3DExperience, Windchill)
- Knowledge in Teamcenter X
- Experience in consulting customers
